When acting for a buyer, as well as ensuring good marketable and mortgageable title is achieved free form incumbrances, we investigate site boundaries, advise on section/adoption agreements, easements and wayleaves, construction works, collateral warranties, planning permissions, CIL liability, s106/Unilateral Undertaking Agreements, planning conditions and nomination arrangements.
