Drew Francis is a Paralegal in LBMW’s Residential Property team and joined the firm in September 2025, strengthening the department’s ability to deliver efficient, high quality support on a wide range of residential property matters.
Working closely with the team’s solicitors and conveyancers, Drew assists in progressing freehold and leasehold transactions, drafting and reviewing key documentation, liaising with clients, agents and third parties, and ensuring that administrative aspects of each matter are handled with accuracy and care. His role is integral to maintaining the smooth flow of information and ensuring that transactions proceed efficiently and in line with LBMW’s commitment to exceptional client service.
