Margurita Geary
Partner and Head of Residential Property
Margurita is a Partner and Head of Residential Property team. She deals with all sectors of the London Residential property market.
She is highly experienced in all aspects of residential property transactions including, but not limited to, dealing with High Value Properties, Transfers of Equity, Lease Extensions, New Build Properties and the Granting of New Leases together with all other aspects of residential property transactions.
She also deals with Overage Deeds, Pre-Auction advice and Lease Extensions and Deeds of Variation.
She acts for a wide range of clients including Developers, Charities, Landlords, Landed Estates, UK Clearing Banks as well as individuals from the UK and abroad.

Margurita acted for a high net worth individual on the acquisition of a Grade One Listed Building

Career to date
Margurita qualified as a solicitor in 2008. She joined LBMW in 2015 from a City firm. She became a Partner in 2017.
