Laura Tester
Solicitor
Laura qualified as a solicitor in the Family Law Department in March 2024. She joined LBMW in April 2023 whilst studying for the Solicitor Qualifying Exams.
Laura graduated from the University of Brunel with a First Class honours in Bachelor of Laws with Professional Placement and completed the Solicitor Qualifying Exams passing both SQE1 and SQE2 in the first quintile.
Laura has over three years’ experience in Family Law and assists in all aspects of family cases to include the following:
- Divorce proceedings;
- Financial remedy following divorce – both in and outside of Court proceedings;
- Schedule 1 claims for financial provision for children;
- Wide range of private children matters to include child arrangements and residence disputes;
- Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders; and
- TOLATA claims.
