Jacqueline Connolly
Jacqueline Connolly is a Senior Associate in LBMW’s Real Estate team, specialising in residential conveyancing including premium transactions for over two decades. Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2000, she has acted for discerning private clients, investors and corporate purchasers across London’s most sought after postcodes.
Her practice spans the acquisition and disposal of high value freehold and leasehold properties—including listed buildings—and she is experienced in managing complex, multi party and time sensitive transactions with discretion and precision. Jacqueline’s expertise covers the full spectrum of residential property work: high end sales and purchases, re mortgages, transfers of equity, statutory and negotiated lease extensions (including matters before the First tier Tribunal), deeds of variation, rectification, shared ownership structures and new build agreements.
