Jacqueline Connolly

Jacqueline is an Associate Solicitor in our real estate team. She advises both corporate and individual clients on the acquisition and disposal of residential real estate
Jacqueline has considerable experience in dealing with all aspects of leasehold and freehold conveyancing including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgagees, transfers of equity, statutory and negotiated lease extensions, deeds of variation and rectification, shared ownership properties and new builds.
Jacqueline qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and has always specialised in residential conveyancing . She has worked for a number of London based firms during her career before joining Lee Bolton Monier Williams in May 2022.
Some of her career highlights include dealing with the purchase of high net worth properties including listed buildings and dealing with statutory lease extensions that involved an application to the first tier tribunal .
Jacqueline is efficient and thorough and has a friendly approach and is well regarded by her clients who use her time and again and often recommend her to their friends, family and colleagues.
