Experienced Adviser in Prime Residential Transactions (currently on maternity leave)
Gurjit Kundra is an Associate Licensed Conveyancer in LBMW’s Residential Property team, bringing 8 years of dedicated experience in Property Law to a wide range of residential transactions. Her background spans both large corporate conveyancing environments and leading high street firms, giving her a well rounded and commercially attuned perspective on the full spectrum of the conveyancing process. Gurjit joined LBMW in July 2023, adding depth and versatility to the team’s growing capability.
Gurjit advises on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, new build and auction property transactions, re financing arrangements, shared ownership matters, transfers of part, and the preparation of deeds of variation and lease extensions. Her experience across this broad range of work enables her to support clients through both straightforward and technically demanding matters with confidence and clarity.
Working with a diverse client base—from first time buyers to companies, investors, and high net worth clients—Gurjit is recognised for her straightforward, friendly and pragmatic approach. She focuses on building long term, trusted relationships and takes pride in delivering a thorough, efficient service, ensuring that clients feel supported at every stage of their transaction.
A graduate of the University of Birmingham, Gurjit began her Licensed Conveyancer qualification early in her career while working in a corporate conveyancing environment. Her combination of technical skill, practical grounding and strong client rapport ensures she contributes meaningfully to LBMW’s commitment to providing high quality, reliable and tailored residential property advice.
