Ed Reid
Associate
Ed qualified as a solicitor in the Commercial Property Department in September 2024. He joined LBMW in September 2021, starting as a paralegal in the Residential Property Department, before completing his training contract in our Residential Property, Commercial Property, EEC and Litigation Departments.
Ed works with charities, developers, public bodies, investment vehicles and landed estates on a wide range of commercial property matters including;
- Drafting and negotiating leases (including leases of buildings or land subject to occupational or residential tenancies);
- Sale and purchase agreements;
- Licenses to assign or alter;
- Property finance transactions;
- Assisting with clients’ day-to-day management of their property portfolio; and
- Work involving education and ecclesiastical land.
