We appreciate the complex legal and technical issues arising out of our client's occupation of business premises. This includes ensuring that the tenant is adequately protected on a new letting and establishing exit strategies for the disposal of non-performing or surplus properties.

We regularly advise on heads of terms, wayleaves and agreements to lease; leases and all supporting documentation to include collateral warranties. As well as the agreed commercial terms, we particularly focus on break clauses, rent reviews, rent deposits/guarantees, services and service charge/caps, insurance/uninsured risks, alienation, repair/schedule of condition, environmental, landlord's and tenant's works.
