Nishita read physics at the University of Nottingham and completed the GDL and LPC with Nottingham Law School. She joined the Lee Bolton Monier-Williams in 2012.
She acts for companies, entrepreneurs, charities and high net worth individuals in relation to all aspects of property transactions. Her experience includes dealing with sales and purchases of commercial property, acting for both landlords and tenants as well as providing advice in managing property portfolios. Nishita works closely with the Ecclesiastical, Educational and Charities department and is regularly instructed by schools and Church of England Diocese to advise on sales, acquisitions and development of school sites and glebe land and on the land aspects of the conversion of schools to academies.
Nishita is also experienced in dealing with residential property transactions.
Prior to joining Lee Bolton Monier-Williams Nishita trained and worked with a niche commercial practice in Holborn.
Outside of work Nishita enjoys attending the theatre, travelling and regularly plays badminton.
