EU Settlement Scheme

If you're an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen, you and your family may be eligible to apply for EU settled status, giving you the right to continue living in the UK after the end of the transition period on 30 June 2021.

Once acquired, settled status allows EU nationals and their minor children to settle or spend any period of time in the UK without a visa after Brexit (i.e. 1 January 2021). Settled status lasts for five years and we can advise on how to make a further application for British Citizenship and the specific criteria that are required to do this.

EU nationals without settled status wishing to settle in the UK will be required to apply for a UK visa.
