John Randel


John Randel studied Classics and Law at Cambridge University before joining Monier-Williams as an articled clerk; he became a partner in 1974.

His main area of expertise is in the field of tax and estate planning, and general financial advice, for trusts and individuals, to include the drafting and variation of wills and settlements, and all aspects of the management and administration of trusts and estates, and the affairs of private clients.

His work includes advising the owners of landed estates, acting for charities and property work connected with trusts and settlements. He also advises on commercial and company law matters for private companies and partnerships, involving company and business sales and purchases, and the drafting of commercial agreements of all kinds.
