Gurjit Kundra
Gurjit is a Licensed Conveyancer in our Residential Property Department.
Gurjit graduated from the University of Birmingham and went on to work within a large corporate Conveyancing law firm where she began obtaining her Licensed Conveyancer qualification whilst working. She then went on to work in a leading high street law firm before she joined Lee-Bolton Monier Williams in July 2023.
Gurjit has worked in Property Law for 8 years and brings with her a depth of knowledge of the Conveyancing process having dealt with matters including sales and purchases of freehold, leasehold, new build and auction properties and transactions involving re-financing, shared ownership, transfers of part, deeds of variation and lease extensions. She has worked with a range of different clients from first time buyers to investors and companies and high net-worth clients.
Gurjit takes a straight forward and friendly approach with her clients. She enjoys building lasting relationships and prides herself on providing a thorough and efficient service.
