Ella acts on a wide variety of educational, charitable and ecclesiastical matters.

She has particular experience in the following types of matters:-

Academy conversions, of both church and community schools, including both land, site trusts, funding and constitutional aspects.

Establishment and regulation of a wide variety of charities, including CIOs, incorporated and unincorporated charities.

Charity land disposals and acquisitions

Establishment, amendment and advice given in relation to a range of charitable trusts

Section 554 applications    

Ella read law at Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge and spent two years teaching English as a foreign language in France and Italy before starting her training contract with the firm in 2014. She qualified into the Ecclesiastical, Education and Charities department in October 2016.

Her interests include keeping fit, dancing, travelling and languages.
