We endeavour to be involved early in the negotiation of the commercial terms stage to ensure that we achieve the best possible commercial outcome for our clients.

We deal with all types of leases including retail, office, food and drink, general industrial, storage or distribution, hotels and hostels, residential and non-residential institutions, assembly and leisure.

We provide portfolio management for landlords and corporate tenants and advise on all aspects of landlord and tenant matters including the grant of new leases, the assignment of existing leases, requesting and granting consent to carry out works and advising on security including rent deposits and guarantees.

We understand the importance long term and short term strategic planning for both landlords and tenants and work closely with our clients' surveyors and other advisors on matters such as  re-gearing of leases, surrenders, variations and the exercise of break options.
